Order and Delivery Details

The basic process for the shipment:

>> Soft Cut-off: We ask all orders be placed latest

Wed Aug 18 for the Sep 26 delivery<<

  • The delivery truck arrives mid-day and Homer Fruits will begin sorting the shares.

  • We will notify you via email/text message and you can come pick up the fruits ( should be ready ~4:00 pm for pick up - we will email you and make social media posts)

  • Delivery of your share is possible via one of our local couriers, call them directly to arrange and let us know  Foodies & Goodies, Gail Force Deliveries 

  • If you cannot come Thursday ~4:00-5:00pm to collect the share it can be left to collect later at Sustainable Wares. The shares are left at your own risk but has been working well so far.

  • We will contact you after the delivery to let you know how to subscribe to be automatically opted in for future orders. You can always opt out or pause anytime before the order deadline.  No requirement to subscribe.

  • Special Requests: We really want you to love everything in your box. If you don't like something in the share please let us know in advance and we will do our best to swap it with something you would enjoy more of. 

  • Bulk ordering - if you want a whole case of anything let us know we are happy to help our fruit share members get bulk orders in.

What is a Soft Cut-Off? 

It is a big help for us when you can order before the cutoff time, not only does it streamline our process, but you are making our share possible. Without at least 10 shares we are not able to get the bulk order in.

That said we know for a multitude of reasons it just doesn't always work to order by the cut off date, so we are happy to now implement the "soft cut-off".

If you order by the cut-off date then your order is placed with the warehouse on-time for delivery.   Since we order in bulk and have extras of each item we will keep the ordering open until those extras are spoken for.
